Made in the U.S.A. this pan is lightweight cast aluminum with a Non-stick coating for easy cleaning and to aid in release of Æbleskiver. Pan will fit all types of stoves-electric, gas or glass-topped. Non-stick coating requires less oil and needs a wooden skewer for turning to protect the non-stick surface.
