Nordic Ware Aebleskiver Pan
This pan is lightweight cast aluminum with a Non-stick coating for easy cleaning and to aid in release of Æbleskiver. Pan will fit all types of stoves-electric, gas or glass-topped. Non-stick coating requires less oil and needs a wooden skewer for turning to protect the non-stick surface.
Cast Iron Aebleskiver pan by Lodge
Made in the USA, this pan has graceful rolled edges and curved lines and represent a new design in cast iron cookware by Lodge. Seasoned with proprietary Logic oil fired finish so that it is ready to use, no additional seasoning required. Use and care instructions included.

The edge of this pan collects the heat for even cooking. Cast iron pans require seasoning, instructions included. Each pan will cook 7 Aebleskiver at a time. A knitting needle is used for the turning of Aebleskiver with the cast iron pans. Scratch recipe included.
