Recipe Idea

When making your aebleskiver, after adding the batter and before your first turn, add your favorite jam, then cook as usual making ¼ turns. Dust with powdered sugar you not only have a tasty treat but it looks great too. I am going to have a Holiday Potluck Party. I am going to make aebleskiver and ask my guests to bring something they would like to try in or on their aebleskiver. The Danish tradition is to make aebleskiver for Christmas Eve dinner, this just sounds like a bit more fun and interesting. Who says you can't have breakfast for dinner?
